Yes you can, but the start of the courses is the date you paid for the courses, not the day you started. The time is counted down and if you started workouts a month after the purchase, means that this month is included in the period of training.

Troubleshoot video playback issues

If the video doesn’t start or playback is interrupted:
  • 1. Check your internet connection.
  • 2. Close applications and other browser tabs and windows that you are not using.
  • 3. Try a different browser.
  • 4. Try a different device if possible. If you are using a tablet or phone, try a PC or laptop.
  • 5. Try playing another video from the course to see if there is a playback issueм.
  • 6. Update your drivers if possible.
  • 7. Open the video in a browser using an Incognito mode.
You can watch training videos online on our website only.
You can log in your account from any device 24/7. Internet connection is obligatory of course.

Refund procedure

We value any feedback and do everything to make our customers happy with our products and services.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can get a refund according to the terms provided herein.
  • 1. You are entitled to a refund only in the event that you have not received access to the Product after proper payment (the “Access Issues”).

If we terminate the Terms of Use on our own initiative, provided that you comply with the Terms of Use and you are not at fault for terminating the Terms of Use, we will refund the amounts paid by you in proportion to the number of days in which you are unable to access our Product due to the termination.
